Emily has done well in OT during the second marking period.  Emily's ability to tolerate tactile experiences is improved.  Emily demonstrates decreased frustration when utilizing the tactile brush on her arms and also seems to explore more with her hands than she was previously. Emily's ability to trace simple lines is emerging.  She is able to trace a vertical line with moderate assistance.  Emily was unable to trace a horizontal line or a cross.

Emily has begun working on cutting, however she requires maximum assistance to snip paper.  Emily's handwriting grasp is emerging, she is demonstrating a quadropod grap inconsistently.

Emily does not demonstrate progress with self help skills or with placing scissors on her hand appropriately.  Drawing simple shapes and duplicating block structures have not yet been introduced in OT.
